  • This is in line with the broader trend seen over the six years of FY18 to FY23, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 23% for people accessing a HCP.
  • Total government funding for the HCP program in FY23 was $6.84 billion, an increase of 34% from FY22.
  • From FY18–FY23, the average government funding received per provider has grown at a CAGR OF 25%.
